Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu”) takes our customer’s privacy seriously and we will only collect, record, hold, store, disclose, transfer and use your personal information as outlined below. Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is important to us. We shall thus only use your name and other information provided by you to Qian Hu and its subsidiaries and other businesses in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you.

We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

You can use your mobile number or personal email address to register an account on the Platform. After you complete the registration process and verification process, you will be able to access the Platform by logging in with your username and password.

When you register with Qian Hu’s newsletter or otherwise provide us with your personal information through the Platform, we will also use your personal information to send you marketing information about products, services, offers, promotions, events, news, initiatives, lucky draws, membership and reward schemes, and any other information we think will be of interest to you from time to time. You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material. We may use your contact information to send newsletters from us.

2. Consent

By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Where you submit personal data relating to other individuals, including but not limited to family members or other third parties including minors (“Related Individuals”), you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of such Related Individuals to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The consent provided for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data and the personal date of Related Individuals shall remain valid until such time it is withdrawn by you or such Related Individuals.

We will respond to any such request within ten (10) busines days of receipt and in the event such withdrawal renders us unable to continue to provide our products or services to you or perform on any contract we have with you; we require a further confirmation before processing such request. Please note that such withdrawal of consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

3. Retention of Personal Data

We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and/or as required or permitted by applicable laws.

While security cannot be guaranteed, we will endeavour to safeguard your personal data from loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced the appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures which include antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us, and disclosing personal data both internally and to our authorised third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis. We will periodically review and enhance our information security measures.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy in our sole and absolute discretion from time to time, such changes to take effect immediately. We will notify you of such changes via e-mail, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our physical store is combined with our online store, you consent that your personal data may be transferred accordingly.
